Comment: The processor is a must have, average price with great performance. The temperature at idle is 30-32 and full use is 40-42, but i install a hyper plus heatsink. The stock cooler looks.....cheap.

Comment: I bought this processor for a gaming computer that I was building. So far, this processor has been amazing! The fan supplied with the processor has kept the processor within a safe temperature range, even when I throw everything at it at once. I can launch multiple games (like Crysis and Bioshock) and be burning a home movie at the same time without any problems!
I've always been an Intel customer and by the looks of it, I will continue to be one!

Summary: Excellent CPU choice - Great Cost to Value
Comment: The specs, reviews & cost for the Intel i5-750 CPU make it an excellent choice. It is not as fast as the i7 series but according to published tests exhibits good speed especially when comparing power consumption characteristics. Cost-wise the i5-750 comes up in the middle between the Quad core or i3 CPU's and the i7 series. This choice should serve my needs for quite awhile.
