Customer Rating: Summary: Bad Start Comment: I am very unhappy with this product and really think I have been had....I took it out of the box and set it up and the first thing I did was get my antivirus set up on it.....I ran a scan and it detected 2 things before I had even used the computer...now I have had it for less than 24 hours and it is completely locked up and completely unuseable....and then I come in here to see about a number to call and I cant seem to find one of those either....very very very unhappy customer.... Customer Rating: Summary: Mostly pluses, a couple minuses Comment: The processer, monitor and keyboard work fine, but the speakers sound tinny. My big disappointment was that there were no manuals included. Since I am not real computer savvy, it was a bit of a challenge to get it set up and operating.
