Comment: I have used the Gilsson adapter several times in my 760 Nuvi. No problems. It works as advertised. It actually works better on my motorcycle than the original Garmin did. The Gilsson is shorter than the orginal Garmin and elminates some clearance problems that I had.

Comment: I experienced the same problem that many respondents discussed with the end that goes into the lighter socket coming apart and I could not find all the parts. This replacement works with connectivity and is functional, but the cable is very stiff and does not drape and route neatly like the original did.

Comment: I searched for the cheapest replacement cord for my Garmin and this was it! It does the job that is needed no need in paying the high price at stores or pay shipping and handling through another website. I always can find enough to get the free shipping on Amazon.com that is the #1 reason I shop this website!
