Comment: Buying open box one must assume it was returned merchandise.In this case there was a slight bend in the frame where the power supply attaches. That flaw was very easily adjusted. I added processor, memory, hard drive, and linux in my choice of flavors. It now works flawlessly, making this a very good deal. Great price, excellent service, and only slight repairs. Would have been five stars if no adjustment were needed. Probably should be anyway because the price was so good.
