Summary: A good life plan
Comment: I am enjoying her research results and health information very much. Something that I definitely needed. Both my husband and myself are starting day 3 of the two week protocol. She has a very nice way of giving important information and facts.

Comment: I started the Fat Flush Plan earlier this year with great results thus far. This is a very different plan from any that I have tried. The book is well planned out explaining all the why's and how's behind the theories and is a real eye-opener about all the toxins is our foods. It is a very clean, simple plan with some very specific foods, oils & herbs to be used throughout the different phases.
It works wonders, however not the simpliest of plans but in my opinion, the best type of plan for anyone looking to lose weight, eat healthy, anyone with medical conditions.

Comment: I've never been on a diet before and didn't want one now, but this fat flush plan for your liver really makes sense. I'm half way through and very impressed.

Summary: Fat Flush Plan book
Comment: Had purchased this book for myself a few months ago. Purchased this one for a friend. She received it on time, product as described. Good info and advice in the book. Have lost about 5 inches in abdominal fat so far and about 10 pounds. Every diet or change in lifestyle does not work for everyone but I would recommend this to someone trying to change an "apple" shape and reclaim your waist.

Summary: Propoganda and Over-Priced Food
Comment: I should have put this book down after on page 4 when she states, "the most underlying causes of weight gain...have nothing to do with your genes" A blatant lie from an authority who should know better. Genetics play a big role in your body type and she should have said genes play a role but it is possible to overcome or something that is not a total deception. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe this was a motivational tactic. The diet seems like it may work. We've all heard the content in this book before low carb high protein. However, she takes her "scientific" data far past reality and chastises commercial food. Hey, if that's your thing great but her "holistic" approach is most likely a placebo effect. Her citing the Journal of Psycho-Somatic Medicine should tell the informed reader this. I gave this two stars because perhaps it might work and the chapter about managing stress is beneficial. Unfortunately, the book is an advertisement for organic produce and meat as well as dietary supplements which seems counter intuitive. How do our livers handle those non-FDA approved supplements she advertises every ten pages? If this diet worked for you I'm very glad it helped, but as for as myself I will be saving my money and trying another diet. I will also be contacting Gittleman and the publisher for the obvious misrepresentation of genetics.
