Customer Rating: Summary: Board Book PERFECT Option for Babies Comment: This is a perennial staple in the children's books collection I've amassed over the years. When my son started showing interest in being read-to, I pulled out my trusty old, paperback version of this book. BIG NO NO with a teething baby. Our local children's librarian said that it's a great idea to allow babies to explore 'reading' with all senses, including mouth. As my little guy liked the imagery enough to eat, I opted for the board version of this book and am VERY pleased with it...so is my baby's hungry little mouth :) Customer Rating: Summary: Great Book - long wait Comment: I ordered this book as a baby shower gift. I ordered it exactly 10 business days prior to the shower. My book came in 1.5 weeks later. I had to buy a different book at Borders for the shower. I remember it from my childhood and want it for my child. I ordered the pop-up edition and found the pop-up components were already damaged upon delivery.
